Spanish Cafe & Bar "ANCLAR" will open on May 29th in Yaesu underground shopping mall, Tokyo.


The restaurant's menu includes homemade churros in the morning, pasta and sandwiches for lunch, ajillo and tapas for dinner, as well as a variety of desserts and drinks.

Churros are fried in front of customers using a special fryer stand made in Spain. It is said that freshly made churros are eaten with "chocolate sauce" following the authentic Spanish style.


By the way, the store name "ANCLAR" means "to anchor" and "to lower the anchor" in Spanish. Why don't you spend a relaxing time at the newly opened "port of call" at Tokyo Station, which is also a relay point to all over Japan.
