At each Lotteria store, a new product, "Taishoken Ganso Tsukemen Burger," will be on sale for a limited time from May 20th to mid-June.


This product is a hamburger developed as a collaboration product of tsukemen and hamburger under the supervision of the popular tsukemen shop "Higashi Ikebukuro Daikatsuken" which opened in 1961. The chewy noodles are lightly baked on the surface of the noodles, and the char siu pork and mayonnaise are combined and sandwiched between buns.

The size can be selected from 3 levels, "Medium" (1), "Large" (2), and "Special" (3), depending on the number of noodle patties. The individual prices are 650 yen, 700 yen, and 750 yen (tax included), respectively.


Tsukemen burger comes with tsukemen soup and disposable chopsticks. The soup stock is based on a soup extracted from pork bones and chicken bones, and is finished with seafood stock. The ingredients include special char siu, menma, and chopped green onions.

You can eat it as it is, or you can eat it with the burger in the soup, or you can just add the noodles in the soup and eat it. You can also order "soup split".
