Do you remember the documentary film "Super Size Me" that caused a stir about 10 years ago? I won't bore you with the details, but if you have some sort of negative image of "fast food" because of this, I have some news that I would like to share with you.

Earth Burger, a fast food restaurant in Texas that offers "healthy" burgers that can be enjoyed by vegetarians, is now seeking investors on Kickstarter for its long-awaited opening.

Maybe I could eat it every day?

The food served at Earth Burger is basically "plant" based. For example, whole wheat flour is used for the bread, and organic cheese, baby carrot hummus, edamame, apples, and other ingredients are used.

In addition, they create a "nutritious" menu without any hardened oil or coloring.

The restaurant's promotional video shows several test monitors comparing the restaurant's vegetarian burgers with regular (non-vegetarian) burgers.

And participants commented, "Oh, this is a vegetable? This (vegetarian burger) is much tastier!" were some of the comments. Delicious and healthy, two birds with one stone!

Yum!"
Yum!"

The restaurant hopes to offer fast food that is "earth-friendly" as well as "healthy" for us. If Earth Burger succeeds in expanding its chain around the world, there will be no more "Super Size Me" movies. Maybe.
