At Hotel Nikko Alivila (Yomitan Village, Okinawa), a limited-time dessert "Umibiraki" was released on April 1 to coincide with the opening of the beach "Nirai Beach" at the hotel.


"Umibiraki" is a sweet made by putting cookies and custard cream in a shoe that looks like an island, and topped with cute macaroons, palm tree-shaped chocolate, and fruits with the image of seashells. It is sold at the hotel's lounge "Ariakara".

The single item price is 520 yen. You can also enjoy a set with coffee or tea (1,030 yen, 1,440 yen). It will be on sale until May 31st.
