From Lawson's sweets brand "UchiCafeSWEETS", products using seasonal strawberries will be released one after another. It will be available from March 18th to May 12th as a spring-only "Spring Collection".

There are 5 types in total. It is said that various varieties of strawberries are used to bring out the deliciousness of each.

The first (March 18-31) is "Strawberry cream puff (Amaou strawberry topping)" (280 yen). Amaou, which is characterized by its strong sweetness, is combined with cream puffs that have a light taste, and is cut into four pieces to make it easier to eat.

The second (April 1-14) is "Strawberry Rare Cheesecake (Red Hoppe Strawberry Topping)" (260 yen). The rich rare cheesecake is topped with red cheeks that have a good balance of sweetness and acidity.

The third (April 15-28) is "Strawberry Chocolat Eclair (Tochiotome Strawberry Topping)" (270 yen). Sandwich strawberry, chocolate cream and sauce on eclair dough with cocoa. It seems that the acidity of Tochiotome goes well with bitter chocolate.

The 4th "Strawberry Mille Crepes (Tochiotome Strawberry Topping)" (350 yen) is on sale during the same period as the 3rd. Ten layers of crepe skin with fermented butter and low-sweetness cream are layered and topped with strawberry.

The 5th edition (April 29th to May 12th) that decorates the last is "Strawberry Zenzai (Sagahonoka Strawberry Topping)" (270 yen). Azuki "Yumemurasaki" from Hokkaido is cooked with rock candy and topped with mochi, whipped cream, and a hint of sweetness.
