In commemoration of Japanese food being registered as a World Intangible Cultural Heritage, the French luxury grocery store FAUCHON is reviving six types of "Homage to Japan" eclairs.

The "Homage to Japan" eclairs are said to have been created as a "tribute" to Japanese culture. Each of the eclairs is designed according to the four seasons and traditional events of Japan, and six of the most popular types will be revived for a limited time.

The six types of eclairs to be sold this time are as follows (all prices include tax).

February 12 - March 4 "Primrose" 525 yen
March 5 to April 8: "Sakura" 473 yen
April 2 - May 13: "Kabuki" 540 yen
April 9 - May 6 "Carp Streamers (Blue/Pink)" 540 yen
May 7 - Undecided "Matcha" 468 yen
July 2 - Undecided "La Vague" 540 yen
