This menu is part of Lotte's "Chocolate Rice," an initiative to popularize chocolate as a seasoning and create a new food scene, and this is the fourth time it has been held.

This year's menu is also original by Chef Takagaki of the same hotel. Mainly fish dishes featuring Ghana white sauce and roasted duck meat mixed with chocolate and baked, 7 dishes are planned for lunch and 8 dishes are planned for dinner.

In addition, this year, you can enjoy desserts that were previously limited to the course at the lounge "Komei" next to the store. What is prepared is a dessert that is finished with hot sauce containing Ghana black. Ghana white ice cream is layered on salted caramel mousse and wrapped in a pannier (French for "basket") containing fruits and nuts.
