A new brand "Nikola Shar" has opened on "Ginza Chocolat Street" where the world's finest chocolate shops are lined up. The first floor is a boutique and the second floor is a cafe.

"Nikola Shar" is a specialty store of "sweets that took time and effort like cooking", where Mr. Nikola Shar serves as a chef. This Ginza store will be the world's first store.

On the 1st floor, about 20 kinds of products such as cream puffs, gateau chocolate, and pound cake are sold. In the cafe space on the 2nd floor, you can enjoy menus such as "Riejoa", which is a signboard product of Ginza Chocolat Street.

The shop's signature product, "cream puff," has a design that makes it look fun, such as the image of a rabbit. Unique materials such as herbs such as basil and roses are used. Also, in order to express the original scent of the material, the contents are finished in "mousse" instead of cream, and it is made by sandwiching it in choux pastry.
