
"Kibun Tofu Soymilk (with bittern)" is a soymilk that you can drink as it is, or you can make "tofu" using the included "nigari liquid". With 12% soybean solids, it has a rich taste.
The method of making tofu using this product is as follows.
・ Cool this product in the refrigerator for about 6 hours as it is packed.
・ Gently pour this cold product (1,000 ml) into a bowl with a capacity of about 2 L.
・ Add the attached bittern liquid (15g (0.53oz)) to the whole soymilk and slowly mix it 5 or 6 times with a spatula to draw a “no” character.
・ Divide the bowl into a bowl for steaming tea bowls, wrap it in a steamer, cover it after the steam comes out, and steam it for 15 minutes.
・ After 15 minutes, turn off the heat and when the steam has settled, immerse the vessel in a bat filled with cold water to cool it.
・ Completed as it is or by cooling in the refrigerator.
