"KiSS " released on December 17th at Lawson. This is the first premium ice cream in the "Uchi Cafe" series that combines two types of ice cream.

The basic flavors "rich milk & strawberry" "cacao & marron" and the season flavors "purple potato & matcha" "honey milk & yuzu ginger" have appeared. I'm curious about all of them, so let's buy all four. It is 270 yen per piece.


First of all, from the two basic products. "Thick Milk & Strawberry" is a sherbet that uses 52% of domestic strawberry pulp and juice, and the acidity and aroma of strawberries are outstandingly effective. The milk isn't too sweet, so it has a refreshing aftertaste. On the other hand, "Cacao & Marron" is an ice cream with a lot of marron that you can feel the texture of chestnut paste. Rich cacao ice cream soaks in.


The season flavor "purple potato & matcha" is characterized by its poisonous color. Both purple and green are probably due to the fact that the materials are mixed well. The gentle sweetness is irresistible.


And the one I liked the most, though it had the most sober color, was "Honey Milk & Yuzu Ginger" . Yuzu ginger sorbet is not a lukewarm "ginger flavor", it stimulates the tongue. Is the yellow grain that appears occasionally a yuzu peel? It seems that honey milk ice cream is mixed with orange honey, and when eaten with yuzu ginger sorbet, a refreshing citrus scent spreads with ginger.


The next season flavor will be released next spring. The taste and price of the ice cream is premium, but let's stock up on the season flavors now ...!
