"New Year's Castella" is a chilled dessert with rich cream sandwiched in a moist castella dough. The dough is made with plenty of dark egg yolk and is baked with a rich flavor. The cream sandwiched inside is made by combining fresh cream from Tokachi with the special custard made at the company's factory.

You can also enjoy the bittersweetness of the caramel wet on the surface and the texture of the "roughness" laid between the container and the dough.
