
Kanmon sea urchin (300 yen) is a black rind with bamboo charcoal wrapped in hanpen-shaped sea urchin with fish meat and yam added to the kneaded sea urchin. This is a creative menu made at the izakaya "Kaimon" in Mojiko (Fukuoka / Kitakyushu). Since its launch in 2011, it has been sold at "Mojiko Retro " in Kitakyushu, online sales, and products held at department stores around the world. It was sold mainly at exhibitions. Maruichi Hamada Shoten will be the first sales base outside of Kitakyushu City, and it is said that you can enjoy "freshly steamed" at the store.

In addition, Kanmon Uniman -Goku- (840 yen) is a Japanese-style white cream made from rice flour, rice oil, and soy milk, with sea urchin paste and steamed sea urchin in it. It was released in May 2013, and it is said that plenty of raw sea urchin is served on the bean paste that is packed full of skin.
