"Xin Xian" is a restaurant where you can enjoy fresh vegetables with shabu-shabu. The main menu, Asian shabu-shabu, is served in small pots for each person, and there are seven types of homemade soup to choose from. The price is 2,380 yen (for one person).
In addition to seasonal vegetables purchased directly from contract farmers, you can eat all-you-can-eat ingredients such as seafood and noodles prepared on the buffet table. You can also order meat with additional ingredients, and it seems that Japanese beef, black pork, and young chicken from Kagoshima prefecture are available.
