"Mont Patissier Gato Omlet Strawberry" is a new ice dessert of the "Mont Patissier" series, which is an authentic ice cream made by Mr. Toshio Miwa, a pastry chef of the famous Kamakura store "Les Zanjus". The custard-flavored ice cream is wrapped in a moist and fluffy cake dough, topped with fragrant almonds. The sweet and sour strawberry sauce and strawberry granules are layered to create a refreshing taste.
