It tastes a bit bittersweet and rich like matcha! The strawberry mousse with a fluffy texture is layered on the "Euglena" mousse, which is so drinkable that it melts in your mouth.


■ I tried eating "Euglena" sable

Next, I will try "Sable Euglena" sold at the pastry shop "Mont St. Clair" in Jiyugaoka.


"Sable Euglena" is a sable made by blending matcha from Tsujiguchi Tea Garden and Uji Matcha and kneading Euglena (Euglena). The price is 100 yen per sheet.


A soybean puff with a size of 3 to 5 mm is kneaded inside to create a crispy texture. The moderate saltiness further enhances the deep flavor of matcha, giving it an adult taste. It doesn't taste like "Euglena".

■ Conclusion The food of "Euglena" is delicious

I imagined the taste of "Euglena" to be the taste of seaweed like wakame seaweed and kelp, or the bluish taste like green juice, but that is not the case at all. Aside from "Sable Euglena" with matcha, the taste of "Euglena" mousse was the same as that of "Matcha".
