It seems that the pastry shop Chateraise has made a bold product. It is a cake "baked cheesecake Gorgonzola" using blue cheese "Gorgonzola".

Gorgonzola is one of the three biggest blue cheeses in the world. It is very delicious as a snack and seasoning for sake, but it is rarely used for sweets because it has a strong habit and unique aroma peculiar to blue mold.

However, Chateraise seems to have made a baked cheesecake by boldly using the more spicy cheese called "Piccante" in Gorgonzola. I actually tried this cheesecake, but it tasted like wine anyway.

When you open the seal, the scent peculiar to blue cheese spreads, and you can see blue mold on the surface. People who don't like blue cheese may give up here, but for me, who loves it, it's an exciting scent.

The taste I was interested in was much milder than I had imagined from the scent, and it didn't smell like blue mold. A mixture of Italian Gorgonzola and French cream cheese, the mellowness of the cream cheese and the natural sweetness of the honey sauce give it a mild taste. A addictive taste that matches the scent of Gorgonzola with the sweetness of the cake. I want wine.

The sale period is limited to 11 days from October 25th to November 4th. The price is 294 yen per piece, which is reasonable like Chateraise. Please try it with wine (instead of me who couldn't drink wine because it was an office).

In addition, three types of fair-limited cheesecake will be available as "Autumn Dessert Fair-Thick Cheesecake-".

"Baked Cheesecake ~ Quattro Fromage ~" (294 yen) has a well-balanced taste that is a mixture of four types of cheese. At "Fresh Cheesecake Creme Danju" (273 yen), you can enjoy a combination of fluffy fromage blanc, framboise jam, and the acidity of cheese cream.

"Special cheesecake pre-de-mo" (1,575 yen) using French white mold cheese "pri-de-mo" is made by one of Chateraise's craftsmen as a cake by identifying the "best timing". It is a particular product.

Anyway, stick to cheese!

Cheesecakes that are great for people who don't like sweet cakes and those who want a snack of sake. It may be good to choose cheesecake for each family and compare them.
