At the family restaurant Jonathan, "Kakikore 2013" will be held from October 10th, offering the "oyster" menu that is about to enter the season.

"Kakikore 2013" includes "Hiroshima oyster sashimi combination / set" (934 yen / 1,144 yen), which is a set of steamed oysters seasoned with sweet and spicy miso and fried oysters, and white soup based on white oysters. Six types of Japanese and Western menus are available, including the finished "Japanese-style spaghetti with Hiroshima oysters and Kujo Negi" (882 yen).

The "Oyster Fair" is held every year from autumn to winter, but it is said that "Hiroshima" oysters are used in all the menus of this "Kakikore 2013". The menu is served from 10:30 am to 6:00 am the next day. Please note that some stores in Tokyo and Chiba do not handle it.
