This "Rice restaurant 8th generation Gibei" is a combination of five-star rice master brother Takashi Hashimoto and rice cooker's younger brother Koji Hashimoto. A restaurant where the younger brother serves the selected rice as "the best rice". In 2009, the "Kyoto Rice Restaurant 8th Gihey" was opened in Gion, Kyoto, and has become popular.

For the frying oil used when cooking in the store, we also offer dishes that are particular about the ingredients and how to make, such as using "rice oil" extracted from rice flour.

In the "daytime section", the famous "Kyoto local chicken ankake oyakodon" (1,380 yen), "Kyoto vegetables and large shrimp tempura set" (1,680 yen), "Kyoto chazuke" (1,580 yen), etc. However, the "Night Club" will offer a "Rice Zammai Course" (starting at 6,800 yen) that consists only of rice-related dishes.
