"Upside-down Fuji Cocktail", which celebrates the registration of Mt. Fuji as a World Cultural Heritage, has been offered at Nippondaira Hotel (Shizuoka / Shimizu) from June 23rd. It is a turquoise and elegant cup that expresses the beautiful upside-down Mt. Fuji reflected on the lake and water surface by sinking yogurt tricule as if it were snow.


In addition, a "hashed beef with Mt. Fuji rice special dessert set" with Mt. Fuji-shaped rice is also offered. The menu is a special sauce made by adding tomatoes and wine to demiglace sauce and slowly simmering, with beef, mushrooms, and onions, and is limited to 15 meals a day.


Both are available at the "Upper Lounge" on the 6th floor of the hotel. The price is 1,200 yen for the "upside-down Fuji cocktail" and 2,230 yen for the "hashed beef" (Mt. Fuji price!).
