Grand Front Osaka, about two months after its opening. So far, we have introduced two restaurants, "Brasserie Rubin " and " Taormina ", located on the restaurant floor on the 7th floor of the South Building. Both are the hottest stores that opened for the first time in Japan, but there are always lines and the prices are over 1,000 yen. It's a bit tough shop when you don't have much time or when you want to spend your daily life.
I want to enjoy lunch at Grand Front Osaka a little more casually! After researching, I found "SMALL MARKET @ DELI" at "UMEKITA CELLAR" on the 1st basement floor of Umekita Plaza. The vegetables and fruits drawn on the wall are impressive, but I am keenly aware of the lack of vegetables, and I feel like I have to enter.
◆ A shop that is good for health and beauty!
SMALL MARKET @ DELI is a "vegetable juice" that uses plenty of vegetables and fruits with the concept of "We Provide Happiness to Women by Glass of Juice." And "fruit juice" are popular shops. It is mainly located in Kanto and Shikoku, and seems to be opening its first store in Osaka.
While many stores are open in the food court of shopping centers, the Grand Front Osaka store has an eat-in corner. About half of the seats are counter seats, and the other half are table seats mainly for two people. It is a bright space based on white, and has a stylish interior reminiscent of the "tiara" used in the shop logo.
When you arrive at the store, first reserve a seat before ordering. There is a seat at the entrance to secure a seat, so feel free to reserve a seat (within a conscientious range, of course). After ordering and paying at the cash register, the clerk will bring the ordered product to you when you place the number tag you received and wait at your seat.
Of course, To go is also OK. When you complete the order, you will be given a number tag just like eat-in, and the clerk will bring you the product. You can also wait at the counter seats.
◆ Volume and reasonable!
The food menu you are interested in is 5 types of rice bowl plates with five grains. A set of rice bowl, petit DELI, and soup costs 733 to 788 yen, which is a reasonable price. Even a set with short size juice can be eaten for less than 1,000 yen.
The "Smoma-style spicy taco rice bowl" I ordered is packed with great deals, with a single item price of 733 yen and a juice set of 943 yen. If you want to eat more, you can also make a large serving of rice for an additional 105 yen.
It is well seasoned but not persistent and goes well with five-grain rice. You can also enjoy the crispy texture of the vegetables, so you can eat until the end without getting tired.
For the juice of the set, we chose "Acai and Grape Collagen Beauty" containing the popular "Acai". Collagen, Beauty, ... What a wonderful sound! It was a fresh taste that you can feel the sweetness of fruit rather than the sweetness of sugar.
In addition to this, the bowl menu includes a bowl of chicken dragon field flavored vegetable sauce, a bowl of kakuni and chicken gobo soboro, and a locomotive bowl, where you can get plenty of vegetables and fruits while using meat well.
Juices lined up on the counter can be added with toppings such as "hyaluronic acid jelly" and "collagen", and there are also smoothies. All of them contain plenty of vegetables and fruits, and you can enjoy a rich yet refreshing taste.
In addition, almost all products including the food menu can be taken out, so you can use it when the seats are crowded or you want to take it back to the office.
Lunch on the day of work or when you stop by Grand Front Osaka for a while. It's not a luxurious meal at a restaurant, but it's a nice cafe where you can easily stop by. When my body complains about lack of vegetables, I definitely want to go to replenish it.
In addition, UMEKITA CELLAR has various shops that mainly sell To go and souvenirs. Many stores have an eat-in corner, so it's a nice point to be able to eat freshly cooked rice on the spot.
And it's vacant except at noon on weekdays. I visited for coverage around 12:30 on weekdays, but I got the impression that there were few lines and many shops had vacant seats in the eat-in corner. Even so, there are many stores that have opened their first store in Kansai and new formats of famous stores, so it may be a little-known spot for lunch users. The price range is also low, so if you walk around, you may come across a nice shop!
