June 7 is National Donut Day in the United States. U.S. donut stores have introduced a variety of new products to commemorate the day.

Among them, the "Foie Bomb," a donut with foie gras, offered by Psycho Donuts in San Jose, California, is attracting attention this year. The Foie Bomb is filled with a rich foie gras mousse.

The Foie Bomb is served to customers in a pipette. Inside the pipette is a special sauce that goes perfectly with the foie gras.

Psycho Donuts' Ron Levi describes the Foie Bomb as follows: "Psycho Donuts is a collaboration with Charlie Ayers, who famously served as executive chef at Google Café until 2006.

Psycho Donuts introduces people to the breadth of the doughnut. We have been working hard to push the boundaries of donuts and take the donut industry in a fun direction."
