This product is a steamed pudding that uses "Uji Matcha" ground with a stone mill. The mellow matcha pudding is combined with a bittersweet matcha sauce to create a product that allows you to enjoy the rich “matcha x matcha”. Aiming for a simple taste like a pastry shop, it is said that it has been made into an "adult dessert" where you can enjoy the luxurious texture of Uji matcha.
