Koike-ya will sell "Koikeya Potato Chips Premium Umami Dashi Soy Sauce Flavor" in collaboration with "Higashimaru Shoyu" at convenience stores from May 13th and at mass retailers nationwide from May 27th.

The product is potato chips with kelp and dried bonito broth combined with "light soy sauce" from the well-established "Higashimaru Shoyu" that has been around for over 400 years. The aftertaste was refreshingly finished with sudachi.

The "Potato Chips Premium" series is a product that reproduces the method of deep-frying potatoes at the time of its founding, and carefully fried potatoes that were cut into slightly thicker pieces to create a crispy and firm texture.
