The concept of the restaurant is "easily and reasonably priced authentic high-class steak". By narrowing down the menu and improving work efficiency, it is said that it has realized a low price such as "150 g of sirloin steak (with rice and soup) for 1,000 yen or less".
The beef used for steak is limited to the high-quality "Black Angus", which has excellent meat quality, and two types are prepared: the part "Sirloin", which is familiar in Japan, and the high-quality part "Rib roast", which is soft and has a deep flavor.
There are three types of grand menu: these two types of authentic steak and pork steak (300g (10.58oz)), which is an arrangement of the popular "Tonteki" in the company's style. Beef steak will be served in three volumes, 150g (5.29oz), 300g (10.58oz) and 450g (15.87oz), respectively.
Business hours are from 11:00 to 23:00 (last order 22:30).
