"Matcha Masu Tiramisu" at Kawara Cafe--"Toromochi" sweets with mochi-mochi fertilizer and azuki beans!

Matcha Masu Tiramisu

At each kawara CAFE & DINING store, spring limited-time sweets "Matcha no Masu Tiramisu" and "Dora Sandwich" were released on March 15th.

Matcha tiramisu is made by putting a special matcha tiramisu, which is rich with warm sugar, in a box, layering gyuhi and azuki beans, and pouring tiramisu dough into it. Finally, it is finished by sprinkling matcha powder.

You can enjoy the texture of "smooth" and "mochimochi" alternately, and you won't get tired of eating it. The matcha used is from "Koyamaen" in Uji, Kyoto, which has a history of more than 300 years. The price is 734 yen (tax included, same below).

On the other hand, Dorayaki Sandwich is a dessert that combines ice cream, cream, fertilizer, fruits, etc. with the dorayaki skin that is handmade one by one at the store. The skin is made with tofu, shiratama-ko, honey, etc., referring to the recipe of a Japanese sweets shop, to give it a moist and chewy texture and a slight sweetness.

Strawberry and Berry's Dora Sandwich

If you sprinkle the sauce on the attached cotton candy and dissolve it, you will get a sweet sauce with a slightly crunchy texture. It has plenty of volume, so you can share it and enjoy it.

There are three flavors in the lineup: "Strawberry and Berry Nodora Sandwich", "Chestnut and Warabimochi Nodora Sandwich", and "Annin Tofu and Mango Dora Sandwich". The price is 1,058 yen each.
