This is a "gutsuki-type" cup yakisoba that is perfect for the spring when cabbage is in season. The chewy medium-thick noodles are entwined with a Hoikoro-flavored sauce based on miso, douchi sauce, and doubanjiang with garlic accents. The ingredients are large-sized cabbage and char siu.
