Melons in greenhouses are carefully grown using the subsoil water of the Niyodo River, the clearest river in Japan, so that only one ball from each tree is selected and all nutrients are poured into only one selected ball. They are characterized by sweet, juicy flesh, a mellow aroma, and a melting texture.
