ajitsu Pine Nakamuraya will release "Hatsukoi Kajitsu Pine", a new product in the "Hatsukoi Kajitsu" series of Japanese baked sweets. It will be on sale from June 1 and will be available until August 31. The price is 149 yen per piece (tax included).

Kajitsu Pine "Hatsukoi Kajitsu Pine" is a dense, fleshy pineapple bean paste made with Okinawan pineapple juice, wrapped in a rice cake and baked in a moist, Western-style dough. The sweetness and sourness of the pineapple can be felt in the dense bean paste, expressing the fresh and exciting taste of first love.

Three layers of dough: pineapple bean paste, rice cake with good texture, and Western-style dough. The rice cake filled with pineapple bean paste is wrapped in a Western-style dough with butter and baked. It goes well with coffee or tea.

The package is designed to evoke an image of sweet and sour first love with a profile of a young girl in kimono and pineapple hair ornament, "in love with dense fruit.

About the "First Love Fruits" series

In April 2023, the company will launch a full-scale series of stylish, easy-to-eat Japanese baked confections packed with the taste of dense fruit under the concept of "wagashi that fills me with excitement. The new, bite-size wagashi is made by wrapping a dense fruit paste with fruit pulp in a glutinous rice cake, and then wrapping it in a Western-style dough with fruit-inspired colors.
