I tried Sou: Dense Torotto Shirouto (White Peach ), a limited-time flavor of Lotte's "Sou" ice cream series. It has a more refreshing taste than the name suggests, and the texture of the plump pulp is enjoyable. It contains 185 ml and is priced at 172 yen (tax included).


The taste is

. The flavor of the ice cream can be felt the moment it is eaten, and the fine ice washes out the inside of the mouth, resulting in a refreshing aftertaste. The ice cream also has the unique melted texture and dense flavor of white peaches. A total of 13% of white peach juice and pulp is used.


When you take a spoonful, you will first smell the aroma of peaches and the sweetness of the juice will spread in your mouth. The overall feeling in the mouth is refreshing, and the fruit sorbet is truly a refreshing experience. The small pieces of peach pulp roll around on your tongue, and when you crunch them with your teeth, you can taste the rich peach flavor, which is well accented by the crunchy ice cubes.


Peach lovers will be delighted by the refreshing sensation as the fine ice melts away, followed by a lingering fruity aftertaste. It was the perfect ice cream for a warm day.
