"Coffee Jelly" is a renewed menu item. The handmade jelly, which is made daily at each Café de Crié store, melds with rich, cool vanilla ice cream and the sweetness of whipped cream to create a nostalgic, old-fashioned dish. Priced at 420 yen (tax included, same as below).


Mango Yogurt

Mousse

"Mango Yogurt Mousse" is a seasonal cake combining a refreshing yogurt mousse with mango pulp and juicy mango.

It is made with a layer of sponge and yogurt mousse with mango pulp, and decorated with mango pulp and whipped cream to create a gorgeous appearance. The refreshing sourness of the yogurt mousse and the sweet and sour taste of the mango are perfect for the warm season. The price is 490 yen.


Both are available at Café de Crié nationwide. Prices may differ at some stores.
