They are available by reservation only at fresh cake stores nationwide and at the official online store. Each is 15 cm in diameter and serves 5-6 people. The price is 3,456 yen (including tax) at stores and 4,320 yen (including tax and delivery charge) at the official online store.

Introduced in 2013, the cake is made with rice flour instead of wheat flour, soy flour instead of eggs, and soy milk instead of milk, making it suitable for people with food allergies to wheat, eggs, and milk. In 2023, the 10th year since its launch, the ingredients and recipe were reviewed and renewed. The sponge has been made fluffier and more smooth while retaining its firmness, and the cream has been made smoother and less peculiar, with less soybean smell characteristic of soymilk. Suitable for birthdays and celebrations. Note that apples are used as specified ingredients in addition to soybeans. The factory also produces products with wheat, eggs, and dairy ingredients.

If you purchase from the official online store, they are delivered frozen and come with 9 candles, but not strawberries or a marzipan plate with your name on it, so you can decorate them yourself with your favorite fruits and toppings.




In-store orders must be made at least 4 days prior to purchase, and online orders must be made at least 5 days prior to purchase, not including the day of pickup. There are no fresh cake stores in Hokkaido, Kyushu, Fukui, Kyoto, Shiga, Tottori, Shimane, Yamaguchi, Ehime, and Kochi Prefectures.
