MONTAIR will launch renewed "Milk and Egg Hand-rolled Rolls - Milk" and "Milk and Egg Hand-rolled Rolls - Fresh Chocolate" on April 1 (Saturday).

Montaire's "Milk and Egg Hand-rolled Rolls" is a popular standard product created in 2004 with the idea of making it easy to buy roll cakes like those from confectionary specialty stores. Each roll is carefully rolled by hand, using a production method that takes full advantage of the deliciousness of the ingredients and the softness of the dough.

This time, the cream has been reviewed to deliver even more deliciousness. The milk cream has been improved to have a rich milk flavor with a good aftertaste, and the chocolate cream has been improved to have more of a cacao flavor.


In order to make the taste of milk even more enjoyable, we have endorsed the "Milk for Smiles Project" launched by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and J Milk, a general incorporated association, to increase consumption of milk and dairy products. The logo of the project will be attached to the package of "Milk and Egg Hand Roll Milk.

- Milk This roll cake is hand-rolled with a generous amount of milk cream in a fluffy and moist dough baked with luxurious use of eggs. The milk cream is made with fresh cream from Hokkaido, homemade custard carefully cooked with milk and eggs pasteurized in-house, and condensed milk.


In this renewal, the use of alcohol has been fine-tuned in order to bring out the richness of the milk and give the cake a clean and crisp aftertaste. The soft and gentle dough and smooth, rich milk flavor can be enjoyed.

Hand-rolled with chocolate cream in a soft and moist chocolate dough. In addition to homemade fresh chocolate, the chocolate cream is made with homemade Belgian chocolate paste cooked in a copper kettle. The chocolate cream is made with homemade fresh chocolate, plus new homemade Belgian chocolate paste cooked in a copper kettle to give it a more cacao flavor.


The estimated tax-included price is 388 yen (432 yen for Okinawa only). Sales areas are Tohoku, Kanto, Chubu, Kinki, Chugoku-Shikoku, Kyushu, and Okinawa (4-packs are sold in Hokkaido area). Some stores in the sales area may not carry the product.
