"Nira Pork Set Meal" consists of pork, chives, and vegetables such as cabbage stir-fried in a soy sauce-based sauce with soy bean sauce and red chili peppers. The slightly strong seasoning makes it a perfect combination with rice. The dish provides one-half of the average daily vegetable intake of 350g (12.35oz) based on the "Health Japan 21 (Second Stage)" guideline of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
