in BUNKISO An event "YOK MOKU BOOKSTORE in BUNKISO" will be held by YOK MOKU to celebrate the release of "Cigal au Matcha", an early summer limited edition sweet from YOK MOKU. The event will take place at Bunkkoso Roppongi (Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo), a bookstore for meeting books, and will run from April 15 to May 14, 2023. Admission to the exhibition room is free, while admission to the coffee shop is 1,650 yen (tax included, same below); 2,530 yen on weekends and holidays. Workshops held during the event cost an additional 2,750 yen.


In order to offer a deeper taste of Cigar au Matcha, which is made with Uji matcha tea from the Kyoto warehouse, Bunko Roppongi was chosen as the venue for the event, where visitors can immerse themselves in their hobbies surrounded by approximately 30,000 books.

A bottle of Cigar au Matcha and a bottle of the classic "Cigar" will be given free of charge in the coffee room of the Bunkoka. Original sencha (roasted deep steamed tea) with Uji matcha from Kyoto will also be available for pairing.

The sencha was specially blended for this event by Hotta Katsutaro Shoten, a supplier of Uji matcha from the Kyoto warehouse. The mellow flavor and aroma of the Cigar au Matcha will be paired with the mild taste, fragrant aroma, and bright green color of the original sencha tea, allowing visitors to experience the depth of the tea.

Feeka

Time

During the event, a Swedish tea break called "Feeka Time" will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, during which tea and sweets will be served. Visitors are invited to gather at the central table in the tearoom when the bell rings, and join in with a selection of books on matcha green tea and food culture, as well as small plates with colorful designs.

Reward Exhibition" will be held, in which anyone can participate. Visitors are asked to write down their "efforts" on a message card provided in the exhibition room and drop it into a mailbox. Both the person who posts his or her effort and the person who submits my reward will receive a bottle of "Cigar" from the YOKMOKU BOOKSTORE.
