I actually bought and drank "7-ELEVEN Cafe for 7-ELEVEN Cafe Nihonbashi Eitaro no Kuro Mitsu" sold at 7-ELEVEN. The price is 28 yen per bag (tax not included).

Eitaro no Kuromitsu for 7-ELEVEN Cafe "Nihonbashi Eitaro no Kuromitsu for 7-ELEVEN Cafe" is a Kuromitsu made from brown sugar from Okinawa, which was developed so that the richness and flavor of Kuromitsu can be felt even when paired with 7-ELEVEN Cafe's latte.


I often drink 7-ELEVEN's latte, but this is the first time for me to add a little bit of "Nihonbashi Eitaro's Kuromitsu" to it. I bought a regular café latte (iced) as usual and added the brown sugar.


The moderately thickened black honey was not too sweet and tasted more elegant than I expected. The addition of a hint of sweetness and richness to the café au lait gives it a depth of flavor. I don't usually add sugar or syrup to my latte, but this is pretty damn good!

The bitterness of the coffee and the richness of the black honey go together quite well! The aftertaste is not too heavy, so it is perfect for when you are a little hungry or want to enjoy a different taste. It is also great that you can try it for only about 30 yen.


7-ELEVEN's "Nihonbashi Eitaro's Kuromitsu for 7-ELEVEN Cafe" makes your usual cup a little more luxurious. It is recommended to be served with hot café au lait as well as black coffee. The author found it next to the cash register. Please give it a try!
