Cafe COMSA "White Strawberry Short

cake" Cafe COMSA will sell "White Strawberry Shortcake" for two days only from February 22 (Wednesday) to February 23 (Thursday, national holiday) in conjunction with February Shortcake Day. The price is 2,200 yen per piece (tax included).

White Strawberry Shortcake

Cafe COMSA designates the 22nd of each month as "Shortcake Day. The day was chosen because the calendar has the 15th on top of the 22nd and strawberries (15th) are on top of the 22nd. This month, the highly rare "Shiroi Chigo" shortcake will be on sale for two days only.

The "Shiroi Chigo Shortcake" is made with an abundance of the very rare white strawberries. It is decorated with white caramel cream and fluffy sponge. You can enjoy the sweet and mellow aroma of white strawberries in this shortcake.

The Ginza store offers shortcakes with "Cottonberry," a strawberry produced in Heguri Town, Nara Prefecture.
