SA will be selling "Cake of 'The Great Season' from Yamagami Farm in Kagoshima Prefecture" from February 16 (Thu) to March 2 (Thu) at Cafe COMSA.

Yamakami

Farm is located in the Unzen-Amakusa National Park in the northern part of Nagashima Town, the northernmost prefecture in Kagoshima Prefecture. The farm is committed to environmentally friendly agriculture based on the teachings of its predecessors that "it is important to conduct sustainable agriculture without placing a burden on nature," and is committed to strict selection standards and quality control in its cultivation. The company grows citrus fruits with the wish to "bring a smile to your face every day with one fruit that is kind to the soul.

The cake is decorated with a generous amount of fresh and sweet "Taishouki" citrus from Yamagami Farm in Kagoshima Prefecture. The cake is decorated with a cream with homemade jam made from "Daishouki" and the fresh juice that fills the mouth. The base is fromage blanc.

The price is 1,000 yen per piece (tax included). Price differs at the Ginza store.
