After appearing as "Sakura Cookie" in 2003, it was relaunched as "Deubre Chocolat au Sakura" in 2020. The product that has been loved by many people throughout the ages will be reborn in a heartwarming package depicting rows of cherry trees in full bloom and the spring sky.


The 24-piece tin, one of three available, is designed to look as if you are looking up at a row of cherry trees from directly below, or as if petals are falling down to the river.


Cherry-flavored chocolate is sandwiched between melt-in-your-mouth langue d'ocher. The cookie's aroma and texture, as well as the melt-in-your-mouth chocolate, have been carefully calculated to create a well-balanced flavor.


The base is made of white chocolate with a refreshing taste. We have made improvements to create a sense of unity by not only adding cherry blossom powder but also adding a richness with the scent of almonds. Cherry blossom flavoring is used. 2.5% cherry blossoms are used in the cookies (raw conversion).

Priced at 994 yen for 10 cookies and 2,376 yen for 24 cookies (tax included). The "Deubre Chocolat au Sakura Assorti" is priced at 3,564 yen for 36 pieces of 3 kinds (24 pieces of Deubre Chocolat au Sakura, 6 pieces of Cigars, 6 pieces of Cigars au Chocolat).

Blossom Mont Blanc The "Cherry Blossom Mont Blanc," which was popular last year, has been renewed. Soft cherry cream with a gentle sweetness gently envelopes matcha homemade ice cream, sweet and sour strawberry and raspberry jelly, and vanilla chantilly cream. The top is topped with pickled cherry blossoms. Price: 1,650 yen.

Blue Brick Tea Set - Tea Time on the Spring-colored Terrace -

A renewed tea set in full bloom in spring featuring cherry blossoms, strawberries, and pink sweets that remind us of the arrival of spring. The exciting lineup includes a petit gâteau of elegantly flavored cherry mousse with sweet and sour berries, and handmade scones with homemade strawberry jam and clotted cream. Priced at 3,520 yen.

Dessert au Beurre - Phrase -

A parfait with a sweet and sour aroma, combining strawberries and homemade vanilla ice cream prepared in the restaurant's kitchen. With strawberries in abundance, this is a must-have for strawberry lovers. Priced at 1,760 yen.
