Belly Cartilage, Chives, and Bean Sprouts on Soy Sauce Flavor Ramen

This dish will be available as a limited menu item in February. It is a soy sauce-flavored ramen topped with slow-cooked pork belly cartilage, chives, and bean sprouts. The thick broth, which is infused with flavor, is mixed with thick noodles made of Hokkaido wheat flour. The red ginger is an accent. The ramen can be taken home in a microwave-safe container, so you can enjoy the taste of the restaurant hot.

In principle, the soup is sold at "Gyoza Ohsho" and "Gyoza Ohsho" stores nationwide, but some stores are excluded.

The price is 750 yen for a single item (tax included, same below), and 950 yen for "Fair Set A," which includes 3 gyoza and a sesame dumpling. Fair Set B, which includes 3 gyoza and a small rice bowl, is 990 yen. An additional 3 gyoza can be added to each fair set for an additional 132 yen. Except in Hokkaido, the gyoza in the set can be changed to "Gyoza with extra garlic" for an additional 27 yen in Western Japan. An additional 27 yen will be charged for western Japan, and 16 yen for eastern Japan.
