"Noriben Premium" will go on sale on Monday, February 6, which is "Nori no Hi" (seaweed day), at Hokkahokkatei. The price is 590 yen (tax included).

Hokkahokkateihas been making various attempts to offer freshly made, hearty, and warm bentos. This time, the company launched "Noriben Premium," a higher grade nori bento using carefully selected ingredients and topped with a variety of side dishes such as handmade fried eggs.
The "Nori-ben Premium" from Hokkahokkatei, the original "nori bento" (seaweed bento), features a special soy sauce sauce that is brushed onto the richly flavored nori, one by one. The nori bento includes fried white meat, chikuwa isobe-age, and kinpira gobo (burdock root), all of which are synonymous with nori bento. The fried white meat is served with our original tartar sauce filled with egg.
The "Nori bento Premium" will be available at HOKKAHOKKA-tei restaurants in Hokkaido, Akita, Miyagi, Fukushima, Yamanashi, Kanto, Tokai/Hokuriku, Osaka, Hyogo (except Awaji Island), Kyoto, Shiga, Nara, Wakayama, Chugoku, and Kyushu prefectures.
