Curry

I found "Iwashita New Ginger Curry" in the retort curry corner of a supermarket! I actually purchased and tried it. The price is 540 yen per box (tax included).


Iwashita New Ginger Curry" is a spicy and tangy keema curry-style retort curry with plenty of fresh ginger. To heat the curry in hot water, place the retort pouch in the water without opening the seal and let it boil for about 5 minutes.


To heat in a microwave oven, transfer to a microwave-safe container and cover with plastic wrap. The estimated heating time is approximately 2 minutes for 500W and 1 minute and 30 seconds for 600W.


The curry

itself

is mild, but the fresh ginger is very crunchy. The curry itself is mild, but the freshness of the fresh ginger and the tangy spiciness add to it, giving the curry a clean, mature taste. The key point is the spiciness and sourness that lingers in the aftertaste.



Sliced fresh ginger is added for an even more gingery taste (Sliced fresh ginger is not included in the retort-packed curry. Purchase separately)! It increases the sourness and saltiness. Iwashita fresh ginger fans will love this!


You can enjoy the combination of curry and Iwashita fresh ginger in "Iwashita Fresh Ginger Curry". It also makes a good little souvenir. Note that it is not suitable for small children, as the spiciness of the ginger remains.
