Two Types of Meat Pasta Wendy's and First Kitchen will begin selling two types of meat pasta, "Self-made Meat Sauce" and "YAMITSUKI Bolognese" on January 26, 2012.

Customers can make their own

meat

sauce by loosening an 80g (2.82oz) pork hamburger steak to their desired size and mixing it with the sauce.

Wendy's Fast Kitchen to Launch Two Meat-Based Pastas

The sauce is a demi-glace sauce with the richness of red wine and herbs such as oregano.

The price is 850 yen (10% tax included).

Yumitsuki Bolognese

Sauce is made with ground beef and vegetable paste combined with sauteed onions, carrots, celery, garlic, and natural cheese. This is a mature Bolognese with a subtle accent of black pepper.
