Fairat Gusto Gusto's Winter Nabe Fair, featuring hot gourmet dishes perfect for winter, will be held at Gusto from January 19. This year's fair will offer two types of collaborative nabe, "Ryogoku Chanko-Nabe" and "Ginger Beef Nabe - Tofu Ichicho", as well as a winter-only menu item, "Miso-Nikko-style Hamburger Steak".
Collaboration nabe No. 1: Ryogoku Chanko-Nabe (with half udon noodles) Authentic chanko-nabe supervised by "Chanko Kirishima" in Ryogoku, Tokyo. The soup is made of dried bonito, Soda no Kusatsu, chicken, and pork broth, miso, soy sauce, and other seasonings, and is seasoned with yuzu kosho, a secret seasoning approved by the manager of "Chanko Kirishima".
Ingredients include the restaurant's own Japanese chicken meatballs, thick fried tofu, chicken meat, salmon, Chinese cabbage, chives, shimeji mushrooms, and half a ball of udon noodles, making the dish both hearty and nutritious.

Chanko Kirishima in Ryogoku, Tokyo, offers the following comments fromthe restaurant's
supervisor: "This time, we are pleased to have the restaurant's special soup reproduced so beautifully. The delicious flavor of the stewed ingredients melts into the soup, and the soup soaks into the ingredients, creating a synergistic effect of deliciousness. In addition, the gingered chicken tsukune (chicken meatballs) are also satisfyingly firm and meaty. Collaboration Nabe No. 2: Ginger Beef Nabe - Tofu One -A low-sugar nabe supervised by low-carb cookery expert Naoyo Fujimoto. The soup is made from dried bonito and Soda broth with plenty of Japanese chopped ginger. The beef used is a rare lean meat called "misuji," and tofu, bean sprouts, chives, and shimeji mushrooms are also added to make this individual nabe both healthy and satisfying.

Thegentle bonito broth and plenty of ginger make this a perfect dish for the cold winter months. 12.9g (0.32oz) of sugar and 21.7g (0.25oz) of protein per serving, so be sure to consume some protein to warm up your body.
Miso Stewed Beef Stew Hamburger Steak Gusto's hamburger steak is served in a hot, winter-only arrangement. The hamburger steak is generously covered with a special sauce made by adding red miso paste and shimeji mushrooms to beef stew, which is made by simmering beef in a sauce based on red wine, demi-glace, etc., to create a stewed style. The beef stew is served with an onsen tamago (hot-spring egg) crumbled over the top.
