Caramel Cheese Cake with Hokkaido Cream Cheese

This cake combines mild cheese with a rich caramel sauce and is finished with a sour apricot sauce to give it a cheese-like flavor. The creamy, mild-tasting cheese cream and rich caramel sauce melt together in the mouth, and the sweet and sour apricot sauce gives the cake a refreshing finish. The slightly salty cookie accentuates the flavor. The price is 520 yen (excluding tax, the same below).


Tochiotome

Strawberry Premium Pure Fresh Cream Shortcake

Juicy "Tochiotome" strawberries with moderate sweetness and low acidity are used for the sandwich and decoration. The sponge is baked with Umitate eggs, 100% Hokkaido flour, cassonade and other ingredients to make it soft, moist, fine and melt-in-your-mouth smooth, and is layered with melt-in-your-mouth pure fresh cream with a strong milkiness and pure fresh cream with custard that goes well with the strawberries in the sandwich. Almond paste and honey are added to the sponge as a secret ingredient to give it a rich taste and a hint of sweetness.

This is a roll cake with soft and fluffy sponge, rolled with Amaou strawberries and whipped cream. The large, sweet strawberries "Amao" can be tasted with plenty of whipped cream. The price is 1,200 yen.

Belgian Chocolat Double Cream

Puff Filled with two flavors of chocolate cream puffs made with Belgian couverture chocolate. The savory cocoa-flavored puff pastry is filled with milk chocolate cream and sweet chocolate custard cream with chocolate cream. You can enjoy the taste of two kinds of chocolate: the gentle sweetness of milk chocolate and the rich and bitter sweet chocolate.
