LOTTERIA MISHIMA FOODS "YUKARI" COLLABORATION

LOTTERIA will sell "Yukari Shrimp Gohan Burger" and "Yukari Zesshin Cheese Gohan Burger" in collaboration with "Yukari" manufactured and sold by Mishima Foods from January 10, 2023 to late February (except at some stores). Yukari Furu Potatoes will be available for pre-sale starting Monday, December 26.

for Lotteria Lotteria has developed "Yukari for Lotteria" in collaboration with Mishima Shokuhin's long-selling product "Yukari" as a new year's project for 2023. The new product will be available for a limited time only and can be sprinkled on Lotteria products to enjoy a new taste.

The "Yukari for Lotteria" is a Lotteria original product made by grinding the sweet and sour taste of "Yukari" with red shiso into two different sizes (0.6 mm and 0.2 mm) that can easily be sprinkled on "Gohan Burger" and fries, blended at a ratio of 2:1.

Shrimp and Gohan Burger "Shrimp and Gohan Burger" has a plump and crispy shrimp patty topped with Lotteria's original tartar sauce and crispy cabbage, and a base of Lotteria's original teriyaki sauce with a perfect balance of richness and flavor, and mustard with a tangy accent. The sandwich is sandwiched between a rice bun made from 100% Japanese Koshihikari rice, which is cooked in a kettle to make it fluffy on the inside and crispy and savory on the outside, and crispy grilled nori seaweed. The sandwich comes with 2g (0.07oz) of special Lotteria yukari (seaweed), which can be sprinkled as desired. The price is 530 yen (10% tax included).

Zesshin

Cheese Gohan Burger "Zesshin Cheese Gohan Burger" features a Zesshin Cheese hamburger patty made with beef coarsely ground up to approximately 8mm, seasoned with salt, pepper and oregano, combined with two types of natural cheese, grilled to a juicy perfection, mayo sauce on top, Lotteria original teriyaki sauce underneath, and a spicy and tangy sauce on top. The cheese hamburger patty is topped with mayo sauce, and underneath with Lotteria's original teriyaki sauce and spicy mustard, sandwiched between rice buns and grilled nori seaweed. Served with Lotteria's exclusive Yukari (2g (0.07oz)). Price: 540 yen.

Potato Sprinkle the Lotteria's exclusive Yukari (2g (0.07oz)) to your liking and enjoy the "Furu Potato". The flavor of red shishito will fill your mouth with a sweet and sour taste that you will become addicted to. The price is 330 yen.
