Ginza Cosy Corner will sell "Oriental Zodiac Cake (Rabbit)" featuring the Chinese zodiac rabbit at its fresh cake stores nationwide from December 31, 2022 (Sat) through January 3, 2023 (Tues).

There are no fresh cake stores in Hokkaido, Kyushu, Fukui, Kyoto, Shiga, Tottori, Shimane, Yamaguchi, Ehime, and Kochi prefectures.

Cake of the Chinese Zodiac (Rabbit

) This cute New Year's cake is based on the motif of the Chinese zodiac sign for the year 2023, the rabbit. Strawberry cream is sandwiched between fluffy sponge and shaped around the rabbit in white chocolate cream, with matcha sponge sprinkled around the rabbit.
