Straight Baumkuchen Hatsuyun

Baumkuchen is chosen as a gift for celebratory occasions because it looks like a tree's annual ring, which means "prosperity" or "repeated happiness. Nenrin-ka, whose trade name is based on the auspicious "annual ring," will introduce "Straight Balm Hatsuharu," a gift that will bring good luck in the New Year.

The inside is a standard egg-flavored baumkuchen baked to a sponge cake-like consistency. Only now can you enjoy both flavors at once. This is a baumkuchen with a circle (edge) overlapping each other in celebration.
