Heart Bread Antique bakery will sell "White Rabbit Strawberry Daifuku Pan," a product named after the Chinese zodiac sign for 2023, the Rabbit, for a limited time. The product will be on sale from December 26 through January 14, 2023, at 270 yen (tax included) per piece.

Heart Bread Antique will introduce "White Rabbit Strawberry Daifuku Bun," named after the Chinese zodiac sign for 2023, the Rabbit. The dough has a round and cute shape, and the ears of the rabbit are expressed with strawberries.

The fluffy dough is filled with sweet bean paste and rice cake, baked, and then covered with strawberry ears to create the "rabbit" shape. The mochi is soft and fluffy, the azuki beans are crunchy, the azuki bean paste is smooth, and the dough is soft and fluffy with a sweet wheat flavor, just like "strawberry daifuku" (a type of sweetened rice cake). Each bunny's face is lovingly written.
