"Hikaru-Invented Kiddingly Delicious Beef Stew Doria" and "Hikaru-Invented Kiddingly Delicious Fruit Anjin Tofu"

Joyful will introduce "Hikaru-Invented Kiddingly Delicious Winter New Items", the fifth menu in collaboration with Joyful ambassador Hikaru. Hikaru's "Jokingly Delicious Beef Stew Doria" and "Jokingly Delicious Fruit Apricot Kernel Tofu" will be available from December 6, 2012.

Beef stew doria" is designed with women in mind. It is a dish that is easy for even women to eat, yet satisfying in quality.

In addition to the beef in the beef stew, the stew portion is characterized by its richness of flavor. The gravy sauce is made so that you can feel the flavor of the beef and vegetables. It is simmered thoroughly with tomatoes, cream, and white wine, giving it a complex flavor and a luxurious taste.

For the doria portion, Parmesan cheese is mixed into the rice before the white sauce is poured over it, adding the richness of beef stew. The cheese, which is essential for doria, is added just before baking in the oven to bring out its full flavor.
