" One of the frozen "ekiben at home" series developed to deliver Sakiyo-ken's ekiben nationwide, this lunchbox will be available again in 2022 as a lunchbox to savor the taste of winter.

The main dish is "scallop rice" cooked with kombu, carrots, and sanseri, and includes "teriyaki red fish" with fatty fish, "ganmodoki stew with black beans" with juicy ganmodoki kneaded with black beans, and the classic bite-size "traditional shiomai" featuring the flavor of Japanese pork and dried scallops from the Sea of Okhotsk. Ekiben" containing two pieces of "shiomai" can be enjoyed anywhere in Japan.
